Got the item in a timely matter when I reached out about some damage I got a response. You know you got a great deal. Regardless of if it was a good deal or not didn't get all the items undamaged. Seller did offer for me to return afterwards but it was to little to late. Other then the damage and communication I would of said this was positive instead saying it is neutral.

Hi, I appreciate the feedback. The buyer paid ten dollars for 8 metal plates. The items were shipped out without damage. I offered the buyer to return them and they didn't. The items were listed at a higher price and the buyer made an offer and it was accepted. Now the buyers claiming they were damaged I guess for more of a discount. Buyers don't realize that the sellers pay a price for selling on ebay. I can only try to make sure all of my customers are happy with their purchases.
