The tie is a gorgeous color but I can't tell what it's really made of. I have some polyester ties and a few 99% silk, 1% poly ties and they're fine, but that isn't what I wanted. I should have looked more closely but the information presented is unclear. For the price I can't really complain; I do like the tie.
I've included shots of the tags where you'd expect to find the material listed, and also a snip of the item page. They claim 'silk design', '100% silk', and 'silk blend.'
