    SONY ES CA-7ES "EXCELLENT SOUND"

    I purchased this in 1997 at Stereo Sound in West Ashley/Charleston, SC for $499.00 It has been a workhorse and has never given me trouble. Having less audiophile equipment before this, you could actually hear the difference in sound! It is still running today, although I use Spotify and MY Yamaha 2 Zone receiver, letting the over 3000 CD's collect dust on their cabinet. I'll play a CD every once in awhile just to keep it lubricated. ES is like Onkyo Integra which I own two unused receivers/Mint. it doesn't get much better than that without taking out a mortgage!
