Arrived in a plastic, bubble envelope with no other protection. The lid was open and the contents were mostly confined to the envelope. After reintroducing the the granular mess into the original screw lid container, it didn't appear as full as it should. I didn't weigh it. (Some settling could have occurred during shipment) Does the stuff work? I think so. I used it, as labeled. It kind of helped. I need more time and dosage to evaluate it.

Yes and no, item was described as new with defects, asked about it and was told because pkg. was damaged! Received today and look at the inserts and it looks like the right insert seems like it's been worn! The item should not have been listed as new and the price should have been less for used items.. not total happy.

Hello, you asked before purchasing and I confirmed it is new with damaged box. I inspected the item before listing it. The item is new but just the box has some damages. to the best of my knowledge if it is used item why we would keep the box after wearing it. You have 60 days to return it anyway if you like.
