Seller never answers questions but if you're looking for a straight forward transaction without any communication everything is fine. Pay attention to the measurements not so much the photos. I am unsure of what questions you are referring to that I have not answered. I answer all questions everyday. Also the listings have this wording in the description: "We do not sell "perfect" "museum" quality giant spider shells. This giant spider is beautiful & imperfect. Please look carefully at the photos. The photos are closeups to show detail making the shell appear larger than it really is. Review photos carefully as this is the giant spider you will receive!!!!"
