    All the recipes I love from a restaurant I miss

    In case you don't know, the dishes at Threadgill's are FAMOUS in Austin for being really great comfort food. This is not only a good cookbook (and more "down home" than I was expecting), but I also enjoy the insight on the business decisions they made.
