    Item was packaged in a soft envelope, which luckily was supplemented by a heavy amount of bubble wrap, thus saving it from being destroyed by a postal employee. Really lucky it didn't get cracked, my postman likes to shove envelope type packages in my mailbox even when they don't fit. But, the item did arrive in mint condition, exactly as described, and with the slipcover too! Price was fantastic for an out of print disc. Since it arrived in mint condition, I'm a happy customer.     Entertaining especially in blu ray

    This has always been a favorite film of mine. It is just a very well written and directed film. It is not a serious film in that there is any real dread but rather the execution of an entertaining, fun film with engaging characters. It takes a rather ridiculous premise and applies all the horror movie tropes in a humorous fashion. It utilizes performances from the cast that are engaging and allow for characters to stand out. In spite of the premise, as a film it is consistent in it's storytelling. Now, this is a seven film series and for me the first two stand out but the following sequels are at least watchable. I am even more enthralled that it is a high definition format since my 50 in 4k tv set up with surround sound allows for a great movie experience.
