I contacted the seller after a week went by and they responded the shipment was done the way they always do it and they were not aware of why this time it was taking so long. Anyway the memory was packed well and arrived in good condition. Contacted seller twice, 1 per day after receiving the shipment. Both times the seller responded the next day, and said "checking" on it. I consider this slow and not really responsive to the issue, nor acknowledging an issue exists. It felt more like a brush off. Will not be buying from this seller again and would advise others to think twice before they do.
