Same day as purchase I received a shipping label to send it to them. They also messaged me to get some details of what I checked and what was wrong. Once they received it within 2 days they told me what was wrong with it and sent it back along with instructions. I installed the computer last night and my truck is now charging again. Very happy with this service.
