    Excellent smartphone with great features.

    I already had BlackBerry's so I knew what I wanted so when the screen on my Blackberry Passport SE was damaged I was looking for a a replacement. I had seen reviews about the Key2 and knew I wanted this phone so when I seen it on EBay at such a great price I couldn't pass it up. I purchased it and have been extremely happy with it from the beginning. I would definitely recommend this phone. It is snappy, has good battery and good build quality.

    Hard keyboard is my style so this phone delivers.

    Works w Verizon's upcoming upgrade. Good phone with decent display and features. There are a few drawbacks as in not being able to personalize ringtones for texts. Plus I have yet to find a "name card" for "signing" the text messages. This is my first smart phone so my complaints of "too big" and "too heavy" are useless. I researched smartphones for weeks before deciding on this phone and I am satisfied with my choice of the Blackberry Key2.

    This is the best of BlackBerry android line phones -- iPhone / Samsung functionality that satisfies the needs of physical keyboard lovers Main improvements over KeyOne are simple: 1- Processor speed -- everything is quicker 2- Keyboard depressions -- slightly better keyboard with more "punctuated" key depressions 3- Camera -- marked improvement in resolution / light correction vs KeyOne Definitely worth it especially if used

    excellent phone for running my business,if u have verizon it takes a few calls to hook up properly.

    8-15-21 dropped/cracked my key1 & ordered this used key 2, nice upgrade works well better than my key1. bought this key2 at discount with a bloated battery. i installed new battery and works like new(long battery life). only issue was getting Verizon to format my key2 to their system to send text messages. i spent about 3-4 hours on phone with verizon support & they finally with a higher experienced tech,she got it to work perfectly. you have to bug them with a few calls cause at 1st verizon will say there system doesnt really support blackberry phones but it (does) just takes a good verizon tech to provision it

    Love IT!

    This is a worth upgrade from the key1. It feels so much faster, it has double ram compared to the key1, camera, i love the camera pictures are so much better than the key1. Better for multitasking due to the 6gb ram. with 3gb ram apps tend to reset because phone runs out of ram and start shutting off apps that are open. It feels super light and small even tho it has the same screen. GET A SEIDIO CASE! The phone is kinda slippery due to the metal, if you have big hands you're going feel like the phone is gonna slip off your hands and break the screen. Seidio case does the job perfectly. Im rocking it without screen protector. The screen doesnt get as smudgy as the key1
