However, I contacted the seller and they apologised and got the missing things sent immediately. Items were all as described, sent quickly and perfect for my intended purpose. Thank you.

The small train set was unwrapped inside a zippered plastic bag. The plastic bag was then placed inside a shipping box. Luckily, the train set wasn't damaged. I purchased a very similar item from another seller and each piece of the train was individually wrapped.
