      I have had many issues over this item.. first problem was the package was lost in transit.. it states it was "out for delivery".. on Saturday July 19.. then 6 days later it is STILL a no show.. but I received q note from the post office.. that w delivery was attempted.. but "no secure site" found.. WHAT does that mean.. it is just general mail with the postage already added to the cost of the item... as per the listing.. Next I found a not from USPS in my mailbox of postage due.. 10.78 WHY...?
