    The seller was very helpful in explaining how I should have dug deeper to find the actual description of his item to discover that it was a non working item before purchase and that it was non refundable. This was to be my first purchase on eBay and because of it will be my last. The layout of website leaves an unexperienced buyer with useless merchandise and out $90 waisted.
