    Item not as described! Pic I circled on feedback shows it as all black. Actual piece is all off-white. This piece attaches inside the black button & to the overhead moving assembly. It also DOES NOT FIT right in the button, so it makes the entire button stick way down past flush from the overhead console. Plus, the all off-white piece shows because of the misfit. Looks terrible! Seller wanted me to return & send another, but I'm not pulling this one off & risk breaking moving pieces.

    We apologized and offered to send you a replacement. You wanted to complain and wanted a free item. We tried to make this right with you, but you ghosted us and wouldn't respond. We're more than happy to make this right, but you have to communicate with us. We did everything we could, but we need response from customer and ghosting us doesn't help.
