Was a good price for a used board, although it is DOA. This was a risk with a very explicitly stated description (seller was very up front about this), but I figure it can still be debugged through or used for spare parts at the very least. Thank you!

My original comments related to what I can now say relates to the way that Starlink boxes and packages their original equipment, not Norris Technology. What I received from Norris was as described. The keyboard was in a cardboard box with no protection, and one end of the box had come loose. The delivery driver asked me if everything was still there. The keyboard and cable were there, so I said I think so. With nothing to buffer the keyboard inside the box, I am sure it took a beating before getting to me. Package better and you'll be a top-notch seller.
