I had trouble with customs and the seller was really helpful and responded fast. The unit i received was in better shape than the pictures, unfortunately the packing was insufficient and arrived with multiple damages, but it didn't affected the working condition, however after i sent some pictures of the damages to the seller he immediately suggested by himself a partial refund for repair the instrument!
