There was NO original Styrofoam packing material or booklet, so the mixer (with loose bowls and attachments) was left to rattle around in the box during shipping. The seller added NO protective padding at all. This allowed one end of the base to strip the attaching screws leaving the base unstable during use. The seller is in Canada, and he doesn't accept returns
