I was able to get it up and running but it wasn't easy for many reasons. One of which is the 4 pin atx style power connector. What I ended up doing was getting an open ended pig tail 4 pin atx cable, and then connecting it to an open ended pigtail wire to barrel jack adapter and the connecting that to a regular barrel jack 12v 65w power adapter. Item arrived quickly in good condition.

Due to the unique specifics of the bse board one have to consult the producer for proper BSP. Now after reflashing it runs Ubuntu 20.04 on nvme ssd I installed in addition.
