He also stated that if it does not come back exactly as it was sent out he would assess a 50% penalty. I am keeping the faucet as I no longer have any faith in the veracity of this seller. I explained that these were not part of the offer. Over the following week, the buyer threatened negative feedback unless I provided a handout, which I believe constitutes an attempt at feedback extortion.
