It arrived (no box) it was in a hard plastic thing that had been cut opened (not even neatly) The negative probe cover is missing, it is obvious that the multimeter has been used. It has something black on it (oil or grease) plus the window cover is scuffed up. I sent an email. I was told they would get back to me either Fri 25th or Mon 28th of July. I sent a follow up email on 29 July.
