Upon arrival the candle was sweating, the wax level appeared to be a bit lower than it should be, and the tips of the uneven wicks were colored instead of white. The seller assured me that the candle had been properly stored at room temperature and was “10000% unused” with a receipt to go with. When I inquired about the purchase date of the item in question, I got zero response.
