    Synopsis
"A great book...a landmark in American literature."-- Chicago Sun-Times Welcome to Derry, Maine... It's a small city, a place as hauntingly familiar as your own hometown. Only in Derry the haunting is real.... They were seven teenagers when they first stumbled upon the horror. Now they are grown-up men and women who have gone out into the big world to gain success and happiness. But none of them can withstand the force that has drawn them back to Derry to face the nightmare without an end, and the evil without a name.

        Power of Friendship

IT is a very disturbing, sobering story on the value of friendship in overcoming evil. People think Pennywise is a character. Pennywise and the like are real, and this story gives valuable clues on how to defeat the evil within and around you rooted from such beings. My opinion is this story is a classic example of truth masquerading as fiction. If you've seen the movie, read the book. There is tons more backstory and depth an even 3 hour movie can't account for. Highly recommended.

      • Most Lightweight book size copy of IT I've come across, -this one's not all big and bulky

This version of Stephen King's IT is the best compact sized paperback version of the book in my opinion. The newer reprint versions are too tall for a longer book and are overly large and too bulky. So yeah, if you want a "smaller" and lighter copy of IT, this one's great!
