      Small, compact and does the job... with a caveat.

      I own two of these, now. The meite V nailer is an impact gun vs the slower push and press pneumatic floor v-nailers that are commonly used. As such, the corners need to be clamped firmly in place when nailing. For this purpose I use a band clamp around my frames. Compressor needs to be set at approx. 100# or more. Ornately shaped molding could pose a problem as the nailer requires that the framing material be firmly supported below the impact point. As such, nail the the tallest point of the molding first. Switching to different lengths of v-nails is a breeze with the gun. 7mm, 10mm, 12mm and 15. Just make sure you buy the V nails made for this gun and oil it regularly to prevent jamming. Also, make sure you keep those allen wrenches in a handy place for when and if you need them.
