Secure in mailer and supporting card but this was not enough to protect the record from an impact during transit which has left the record split from top to bottom. I contacted Keith at Abbey and he immediately accepted responsibility and set up a full refund. This is going over and beyond for service and though disappointed with loss, I greatly appreciate his response.
