No way to use 8ga in a 4 ga fuse block. Inserts where missing. The wire is good but the hardware is not very good. This is the second time I've had problems. Some quality control and spot checks are needed. I can't wait days for replacements that will have the same problems.

Inserts are no longer needed, the hardware is oversized to clamp 4, 6 or 8 gauge wire in our fuse holder. Strip, insert, and tighten. You could also add a wire ferrule if you prefer.

Set screws will screw all the way through the block and fall out inside the block before they tighten down on the wire. So it's not as easy as you stated. I had to get inserts to be able to use your 8ga wire in the fuse block you sent me. I'am not trying to get something for free I just want it to work the way it's suppose to.

Knukoncepts OFC 8ga amp kit
Beyond exceptional quality. Besides the fact that it don’t come pre crimped with battery and ground terminals is minor. You will receive regular terminal points such as speaker and remote crimps as well as DIY battery and ground. Everything you need to wire a single amplifier is in this kit. Marketing says it OFC and that’s true. All wires in this kit are Oxgen free. I can really tell the difference from using the cheaper CCA wire. Clean signal and much steadier. Fuse holder seems sturdy as well not thin and cheap. Extremely happy with this product.Beyond exceptional quality. Overall nice kit. OFC power and ground cables. Included gold plated connectors, grommet for the power cable to go through the firewall, and fuse for the battery. The power and ground cables are copper and the strands are tinned, so it makes soldering easier. RCA and power cable were just about to the right length but I wish the ground cable was 1 foot longer because the ground cable was just a little too short for my 2001 Explorer. All other wires were copper as well. The speaker wire is heavy guage.Overall nice kit. OFC power and ground cables. High quality kit
If you need a kit to wire in a smaller amp, this is for you. It feels good in the hands, excellent flexibility, and tinned OFC copper. Don't buy CCA when you can buy this for a few bucks more and have much better wiring providing power to your amp(s).
