Shipping was quicker than expected, which was good, because I didn't realize quite how bad my controller was. I installed this unit and the boiler didn't start up even at the highest setting. The instructions were a little unclear on the wiring and the controller was a little different so I just copied the old setup the best I could. It turned out my old one was really broke and was heating the water uncontrolled. I had to run the hot water for 5-10min to get the temp down. Thanks.
