I got the kit in all was good except the gloves. A CHEAP pair of gloves was in the box not the Echo gloves pictured. I reached out to the seller for help . They replied the entire kit had to be returned because it had the cheapest gloves made in the box. They said need it back for date codes. All could have been done with photos, but no send it back. The echo gloves are more expensive and I know that . It's a scam to make more money. And I told them I would put in in their feedback. Here you go

Kit is prepacked from the manufacture, the gloves are not available seperately as customer was advised, the entire kit must be returned and a full refund or exchange must be given so we can check to see why this problem happened. We are going to give you a full refund? Never heard of a scam that returns all your money? Wouldn't make it as a scammer LOL

Product as described, very fast shipping, good customer service. I have purchased from Griggs Lawn and Tractor before and will continue to purchase from them. My issue is with FedEx, that company's service has been going downhill for the last 5 or 6 years and after this last issue, I am going to request from everybody I buy from that they do not use FedEx for me anymore. They can use UPS or USPS, I am done with FedEx.
