Very prompt shipping, excellent communication. If you have a small chainsaw that doesn't run enough oil to the chain (no matter how clean the saw and bar is kept), try the archer chain. The oil groove on the Archer drive links works like that on the Stihl Oil-O-Matic chain (which I also use on my larger Stihls) at a very good price. This is better than the Oregon chains that came with the small saws.
