      Oils for Beginners

      This is not what is expected, it does have hundreds of receipts, but I was looking for recipes for roller balls or diffuser I don't have time to mix recipes that call for me to soak a wash rag and apply to my face or lay in a shower or soak my feet. I find this to be a waste of oils to mix bowls to soak cloths or cotton balls to dab on my face, arms, legs or feet. This is probably a very good book but not for me
