Good product but needs some love before install
I took it apart to the inspect and the valve rod needed to be polish because it had some scratches. I used a brillo pad and a drill to do that. Also the little Allen screws were not holding the valve properly so I had to grind them to a cone shape, I used a drill and sand paper to do it. So far it works great. UPDATE!!!!! It started to rattle after 300 miles. The valve came loose. I took it apart again and the little screws that I mention before dont hold the valve properly. I used a grinder the make the groove on the valve deeper. I replace the little allen screws with same thread longer bolts. I used the bench press to hold the valve and the cap straight while i tighten the 3 bolts that hold the valve. I cone the bolts at the tip so it would dig into the valve. I used some locktight ... The quality of the waste gate is good enough needs a little touch up but was good enough for a cheap part but the v band clamps are to narrow for the part and supper sloppy and the nut and bolt quality is sub par

Seems decent for the money
I've been running a different style eBay wastegate on my other car and it's been working great for over 4 yrs. I disassembled this wastegate to check it out and check for issues. I did find one, the diaphragm was not aligned with the cap so it was smashed funny for about 1" of the perimeter. I was able to reshape it and after applying some silicone grease to it got it to sit correctly and seal. The rest of the unit seems to be decent quality. The valve stem fits the bore pretty well, there is no excess slop. The v bands and clamps that come with it are decent and look like they'll work fine. The threads in the wastegate cap will accept 1/8 npt fittings if you don't want to use the weird banjo style fittings that come with it. You need to disassemble before use. Check quality control and any pinching on the diaphragm. Aside from that you will need to do trial and error on installation. But, it works great.
