Nothing was missing, although loose parts were exposed in the package's gaping hole. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. Not so sure it could support a 32" monitor. It has trouble holding my 27". I had to apply quite a bit of torque on the adjusting screw to hold the 27", and its barely holding up.
