Item was poorly packaged and the radio had some damage. There was extra metal brackets in the box that I think scratched the radio. Additionally, when I called the dealer they stated that the vehicle VIN the radio came off of was needed to get the security code. Seller provided a web site that gave me the code but had to pay $10 to get the security code.
