When I reached out to resolve the issue, the seller was rude and unwilling to work toward a fair solution. I would caution others to be very careful when purchasing from this seller. When we wouldn't cave to his threats and unreasonable demands, all the while offering various reasonable solutions, customer just kept the part and slandered us here instead.
