We ordered 40 casters from the seller. When the casters came, they looked horrible. I thought they were used. Upon examining more closely, they all had a wax-like coating on them. I contacted the seller and their only recourse was to send them all back and get a refund. We asked for a partial refund because we needed to use the casters right away and did not have time to send them back and order them elsewhere. Spent hours cleaning them off. The seller would not issue a partial refund.

As discussed, a return label would be provided for full refund of your purchase. The coating is a paraphen used for the injection/molding process and is able to be removed.
