Condition of of product was great and included everything advertised including small plastic clip that is commonly missing. Only issue is the included earbuds didn't work. Nothing looked wrong with them and my own earbuds did work with the headset so minor complaint but I can understand that they thought they worked based on the condition they were in. I would buy from them again.

The item I received did not match the photos in the listing (by serial number) and was damaged. Also the packaging was not adequate. Sending a camera lens in a padded envelope is not the best.
