Needed a multi-input for a short church sanctuary. This 50' snake gave me ample reach, allowed us to upgrade from 4 good inputs to 12. It was packaged conveniently and sounds perfect. Has 4 returns, although I have no use for them right now. A great price and a great deal. We don't plug in and out, and we don't take on the road. It is designed to stay in one place for convenient use.

Not as heavy duty as a professional unit, but great value and sturdy enough for the casual musician. I would add one feature to the pigtail end and that is some type of a hook to hang it to relieve the stress of gravity to the cables.

Excellent value in a lightweight snake.
The lightweight nature of this snake suggests that the sound engineer should handle it, not musicians. In the haste of setup and teardown, musicians often aren't gentle. Construction quality is good: that is, the box has a nice smooth finish, parts are installed correctly, everything is neat and tidy. Markings on the box are easy to read. On the fan-tail end, markings are black-on-black. I used a labelmaker to create new labels, black-on-white, which can now be read without having to use a flashlight. I also ordeed a cable grip for the fan-tail end of it. I like using cable grips to improve the durability of snake systems. Audio quality is what you expect - it's a wire, and everything gets through cleanly. At half the price of other 12 X 4 X 25 foot snakes, this is an excellent value. Followup: After 3 years, being handled by people who aren't particularly gentle, the snake still works. The fan-tail cables are looking a bit bunched up due to mishandling, but it continues to support the sound system for which it was acquired!

Nice item
This is a very nice snake. Comes with bags on both ends for storing when you are on the road with it. The cord seems to be strong but its not a heavy snake that you hate having to pull out.
