    I highly recommend this book as an entry into knowledge about our bodies. BK Frantzis has great learning on this subject, and even those who don't/won't practice tai chi should read it. Frantzis is the best at explaining things clearly, and refrains from using woo woo language while dealing with the physical necessities of our bodies in order to enjoy our lives rather than stumbling around as we enter advanced ages from 50 on up.
