Bought the whole lampshade kit, when it arrived I opened it to discover the pre cut panel was not in the kit , it was obvious the seller had opened it previously and has forgotten to put that item in, I messaged her and she said she would send me a replacement, 2 weeks later and nothing, I send another message, she states she sent it as large letter, says she will send again with tracking number immediately and send me tracking number, I am still waiting, very disappointed.

I'm very sorry to hear you are still dissatisfied. After learning about your missing item I immediately sent you another in the post. You contacted me to say you had not received that one. So I sent you another by tracked postage, which I can see you have received. I have gone above and beyond to the point that with all the postage I have lost money on this kit, BUT, if you are STILL dissatisfied please PLEASE feel free to return it to me and I will give you a full refund.
