What I loved about this purchase was the customer service I received. I am currently wintering in Florida and when I placed my order, I overlooked the “ship to” address - yep, went to my Ohio address. I reached to ask about the item being returned and it was explained that my postal people noted I was “away” instead of forwarding the package, as I have been getting mail since September.
