    Best airbrush for the money

After much research on buying an airbrush, I decided to pull the trigger on this $30 brush as opposed to FAR more expensive options. I am not doing super detailed artwork, painting Harleys, or tiny little pewter figurines of elves and wizards (yes, there are many grown men who do this!). So....when doing research I had to read between the lines as many out there who reviewed this airbrush already owned a higher-quality airbrush and were using it to do very detailed work - and a lot of it. I'm not that guy. I bought the airbrush to paint custom made fishing lures - and for that use, it is great. It is not something you can just unbox, add paint, and go to town. It does take practice as well as a good bit of time online watching tutorials on how to set up the brush, clean the brush, ...

  • Top critical review

Poor workmanship and materials. Shoots inconsistantly.

Very inconsistent spray, no matter how much I thin paint and adjust the psi. I polished the needles, they were pitted, rough and the tip on the 0.2mm is flimsy and bends easily, but this was the selling point for me, the small needle. The gun is rough as it has a "sticky" movement and threads feel off a little. The bowl isn't smooth and holds paint. The gun is off balance too. It just lacks quality and I was able to see it immediately upon opening the package, the trigger and bowl finish to name a couple things. I have to guess that O-rings are probably very cheap as well. I shoot an Iwata and I figured this gun would have issues, but temptation got the best of me and I purchased the whole gambit plus extra needles. I purchased for the price to have a back up, but I packed it up and put it ...

  • Comparable to the iwata line.

Bought 1 of these several years ago cause I was just starting out. Very consistent and takes the same parts as the iwata line of airbrushes. I bought this cause it came with 3 different spray nozzles. Very well made.

  • Better than my more expensive airbrush!

This was a replacement of another Master Airbrush... the one prior was used for general work while I used a different brand for details, etc. To my surprise - this new Master Airbrush model outperformed my more expensive airbrush - I love it!

  • Ok

I've gotten 15 dollar dual action airbrushs that work way better. Trigger has a hard spot. Internals twist as u draw the trigger back. Constant clog and I'm proper psi with thinned media. My advice spend 100 on a nice one.....
