If you are curious about being a student in Catholic elementary and high schools in America during the 1930s and 40s, you will enjoy this story. If you are curious what it was like being an American soldier during the Korean War, this book will surprise you. About the author: Dr. James J. Asher is emeritus professor of industrial psychology and statistics, and former associate dean at San Jose State University, founded in 1857 before the Civil War as the oldest public university in California.
