The order was placed on 11/13. The shipment was very late due first to the USPS damaging the box, then the seller took several days to start the reshipment, then the reshipment went via UPS who had a mechanical problem. The data shows the reshipment information, not the original order.
The seller can't be responsible for the carriers issues, but they should have responded quicker to the reshipment.
