    Nice gel, holds in place

    This pillow has a nice cooling gel and is firm to hold your neck in place if you don't want it moving from side to side. It is soft but rather large, so please check the dimensions or what you need. I used mine in a hospital bed to stabilize my neck oh, and I'm sure it would work great on a plane or other location. It is very soft.
