Rcvd 2 msgs late evening with photo showing minor manufacturing error we could not possibly have known about before sending. Replied as soon as I saw message, apologising and offering refund or replacement. Then realised he's already left this fb. It appears he likes leaving bad feedbacks, Hasn't replied to follow up message. There are many reasonable people and this is not one. We offered apology and every solution possible with no hassle.
