10/10 Customer service, my light came with one bulb loose and would shake with the bike running, I had failed to notice this untill I had already glued it up to a mounting plate.... Took the issue to customer service and they worked with me to resolve the issue without a problem even though I had already glued up the light. I'd say light is almost 3X brighter than stock, not only a huge improvement for night riding but it also doesn't suck power and flutter when using turn signals like stock
