    Great value, Fast speeds. Low power consumption.

    This is as fast (slightly faster actually) as my 7200 RPM samsung F3. The plates are denser so the rotation speed doesn't need to be so high any more. If you're looking for storage you can't do much better than these drives. I've used it via SATA to test the speeds. It's very fast. I put this in a Lacie Box external enclosure and it's great. Get a little SSD for your OS and then grab one of these for you file storage and you're sorted.

    Easy upgrade from 320MB to 2tTB for non-technical person.

    I'm a non-technical person, so installing a new hard drive I was a new experience. However, I just exchanged the leads and two screws and switched on. No problems, and it worked without me doing anything extra! I was upgrading my CCTV recorder which had ceased to operate because the original hard drive of 320MB had failed. I upgraded it to 2TB. First class product and was delivered very quickly. Full marks all round

    Great value for money, perfect for RAID applications in a ReadyNAS Duo box.

    Bought this drive to use it in a RAID1 array in my ReadyNAS Duo, excellent product shame Samsung do not make drives anymore!

    Great Hard Drive!

    Really cheap for its quality. I tested it using H2Test when it arrived to check its actual specs and they were confirmed.

    Cheapest I could find, and worked straight away, no fuss, would recommend.

    Cheapest I could find at the time when looking for another 2Tb Samsung Spinpoint F4 to act as a mirror drive in my NAS box. Slotted it in and it worked straight away. No fuss, would recommend.
