Seller double-wrapped the item and added extra cushioning inside the box but the cradle was delivered with a broken handle. NOT SELLER's FAULT as she wrapped so well I couldn't belive it got broken.TOTALLY USPS's fault in transit. The item was repaired by my hubby so all is good. Third item bought from this seller and would order again from her. Condition and description matched with the item that was received. She slipped a note in the package thanking me for ordering from her again!
