It's a good cane, fairly light weight but strong. I'm 6'-3" and the height is perfect. Only thing I didn't like was the plastic handle. It's too slick and will be annoying to hold when wet or sweaty. I fixed that by wrapping it in hockey stick grip tape. Perfect now. You can get grip tape in any pattern or color to suit your tastes.

    Very Heavy Duty!

    Very Heavy Duty! I was trying to purchase their sword cane but got this one by accident. As it turns out, this is a gem. I am no lightweight and I was feeling my wooden cane flex when going up and downstairs. The Cold Steel cane doesn't even budge! As usual, Cold Steel hits it out of the park again! Thanks!

    Too bottom handle heavy, need more weight at the tip

    It is well made, but the problem is it taper down towards the tip, there is not enough mass at the tip to hit hard. Imagine trying to hit the baseball if you turn the bat around and hit with the small end. Try hitting the heavy bag and you'll see it doesn't hit that hard. Even my rattan cane of same weight seems to hit harder.
