Soft aluminum cups both dented and damaged. Packaging was soft and inappropriate. Seller refused refund and refused to offer any assistance, stating it was carrier's fault and that I need to take it up with eBay. Photos taken upon arrival showing unacceptable, damaged, condition.

The buyer was offered multiple choices to resolve the issue but all were refused or ignored, including an offer to send 2 more cups free of charge along with help file a claim with USPS to get the buyer's money back on the insured package. Due to the nature of the item, returns and refunds are not accepted on this specific piece. Shipping was done in an adequate manner being a double-rolled bubble-wrapped mailer which had made it successfully to many other customers.
