This anniversary bell is very pretty and elegant. My friends loved it. I did, however, have to fix it when I received it because the clapper had come off of the top of the bell. Maybe the packaging could be a little better so the clapper can't move at all.

Beautiful gift idea but if it is easily broken in shipping I wouldn't order it again.
It's hard for me to answer the above questions because I would recommend it because it is very pretty and it is hard to find many 50th wedding anniversary gifts in stores, and the price is good. BUT, when I took the bell out of the box, the dangling change of crystals was not attached to the very top inside the bell. I don't know if it was damaged in shipping or if it was sent unattached. I could not fix it and just haven't had time to look into it more. It was meant as a gift to good friends on their 50th anniversary but I wasn't going to give them a broken bell. Luckily, I had gotten them a few other things. When I have time to check to see if this is returnable, I will try to resolve the matter. The bell was really beautiful and would make a very nice gift.
